Finding the Right Part Made Easy

As the first National Authorized Sloan Repair Center and a Sloan Master Repair Parts Distributor, Equiparts has listened carefully to our customers’ needs for many years. One of our goals when designing SloanRepair.com was to incorporate that feedback into the website. We asked ourselves, what kind of content, features, and layout would be most useful to our customers? What can we do to make the site as user-friendly as possible?

One of the most exciting and helpful features that we have incorporated into SloanRepair.com is the interactive parts breakdowns. These pages display drawings of exploded views of each type of Sloan flushometer, allowing you to see inside the unit. You can easily locate the section of your valve that needs repaired, and quickly identify the part that is required. Each part is assigned a diagram number (1, 2, 3 etc.,) that corresponds to a list of part numbers located next to the breakdown. Once you’ve identified the diagram number of the part you need, you can click on the corresponding part number on the list to bring up a page containing all the details of that specific part.

We believe that you will find our breakdowns so helpful that we enable you to take them with you! At the bottom of each breakdown page is a link to a PDF of that particular parts breakdown, as well as a link to a Troubleshooting Guide for that unit. You can download, save, and print these files to use in the field, or just keep on hand for future reference. Use them on the job to identify the part number you need, and a quick phone call will have that part on its way to you in a very short time! And if you’re not sure which part you need, the Troubleshooting Guide lists the most common problems for that specific model of flushometer, as well as solutions for those problems. Simply browse the sheet to find the problem you’re encountering, and read the solutions to find out what you need to do to get your flushometer working properly again.

If you’re looking for a complete flushometer or faucet, you’ll want to start by looking at the left hand column of our home page. From there, you can click on the type of unit you want, and then follow the links from there to narrow down the specific style of unit you are looking for.

On the top of the right-hand column of our homepage is the “Repair Parts and Kits” banner, under which we have four parts category blocks: Manual Flushometers, Sensor Flushometers, Electronic Faucets, and Accessories and Tools. In the first three of those category blocks, each block is divided into two links, one for Most Common Parts, and one for Parts Breakdowns. Clicking “Most Common Parts” in any of those blocks will bring up a page displaying a list of units, such as Royal, Optima, Solis, etc., from which you can choose to view the most common parts for that particular unit. The “Parts Breakdown” side of each block gives you access to drawings of exploded views and troubleshooting guides for that particular valve, as mentioned above.

Clicking the "Accessories" category at the bottom of the right hand column on the Home Page will bring up a screen of commonly purchased accessory items such as wax rings, toilet seats, grab bars, etc. Clicking “Tools” will display a variety of items, such as the Sloan Super Wrench, non-marking valve wrench, spud wrench, etc., that will help make your Sloan repairs quick and easy.
